KARLWOOD
Please
let me introduce myself and my company.
My
name is Karoly Dombovari. I am a mechanical engineer and
an electrical engineer. I began my career at The Borsodi Sörgyár, where
first I developed a new computer
maintenance supporting system. I then became the technological director of the
filling department. In this position I directed more big investments and changes.
In 1993 I registered the Karlwood company, where I am the owner and the director
in one person. We began with 4 employees whom worked on electrical controls.
Shortly after we extended into a mechanical team, and in the beginning of 1996
we founded a turnery and a cutting workshop. Our
staff continues to increase . Today in
2003 our company employs 67 people. Thanks to the huge vehicle park (17 cars)
our teams are easily moveable in the country and abroad as well. You can find
our service vehicles at all parts of the country. In 2002 the company's income
was more than 200 million Forints.
Our
business strategy is to give the maximal service to our customer with fast and
reliable work combined with dynamism.
We
would like to replace the old maintenance systematics at the industrial
companies. After your phone call we can began work anywhere in the country
within six hours. This time decreases to 2 hours in a 100 km radius.
If
the customer needs a bigger number of staff then we will institute a work site
there. The employer only pays for the number of workers he uses. At will, this
number could be changed day after day. The customer does not need to keep his
own maintenance crew, does not need to apply seasonal workers. Only a phone call
is needed and the asked number of staff will be there. They will show up at the
agreed time, in uniforms, and the customer only pays for the worked hours.
There
is no great number of staff without usage, no inexperienced and machine breaker
semi-skilled people. If the employer does not need the asked number of staff,
there is no obligation to keep them there just to honour an expensive
contract. The customer only uses the needed number of workers from the already
agreed number. Our company dynamically moves the free workpower to someplace
they are needed.
With
a fixed number of employees we accept machine operating and on-duty services as
well, without time limitation. Our electrical service is non-stop and ready for
our customers at times of electrical and automatic control problems.
We
are trying to be general effecters from the planning to the finish of a
project, but we are more than happy to work as a subcontractor on
different projects.
In
addition, we do all the planning and the permissionat the execution of a
project.
We
are more than happy to consult with our customers about their projects.
